NAMPA, Idaho (KBOI) — A worker at the Lactalis American Group factory in Nampa has died in a workplace accident Thursday.
Canyon County officials tell KBOI 2News that a worker died after they got pinned between a rack and a forklift.
Public information officer Joe Decker says OSHA is investigating the incident.
On Friday, the Ada County Coroner's Office identified the man as 41-year-old Dennis Carl Marsh, Jr., of Boise. The coroner says Marsh died from severe crushing injuries and ruled his death as an accident.

Lactalis American Group regretfully confirms that a tragic accident occurred at the company's manufacturing facility in Nampa, Idaho. Yesterday, at approximately 7:20am MST, an employee was injured while operating a standing forklift, and later passed away at the hospital. Plant employees immediately provided assistance and an ambulance was dispatched following a call to 911.
Our first priority is the health and safety of our personnel. The company has launched a full investigation in order to determine the cause of this tragic accident.
